Egypt's recorded history
dates back thousands of years. It is well known for its
esoteric wisdom. This wisdom lives in the
stones. Just being in the energy has it's own
magic. The ancient arts are not prevalent in the today's
culture but they still exist to those who understand them, and are
available for anyone to access. In this website you will find
modern day expression of the ancient arts as they exist today,
in their essence.
Essence:
- The intrinsic or indispensable properties that serve to
characterize or identify something.
- The most important ingredient; the crucial element.
- The inherent, unchanging nature of a thing or class of
things.
- An extract that has the fundamental properties of a
substance in concentrated form.
- Such an extract in a solution of alcohol.
- A perfume or scent.
- One that has or shows an abundance of a quality as if
highly concentrated: a neighbour who is the essence of
hospitality.
- Something that exists, especially a
spiritual or incorporeal entity.
Aromatherapy is
the art and science of using essential oils, extracted from
plants, in a therapeutic manner.
The art of
Aromatherapy dates back to the days of the Pharaohs, more than 6000
years ago. The ancient Egyptians used essential oils for healing and rituals. Essential
oils themselves are highly concentrated, each one having its own
therapeutic properties.
Blended in carrier oil they produce luxurious
skin care products and therapeutic
blends.
Astrology is one of the ancient arts. The famous astrological wheel
that presently resides in the Louvre was originally from the ceiling
in Dendara temple, in Luxor. All the archetypes reside in
the wheel. From the
natal astrological chart we can see what archetypes were present
from birth and working within us. When we examine the outer
planets and nodes we can access information about our spiritual path
making it an excellent tool for self
awareness.
Al-chemia
Remedies
consist of the Egyptian Flower &
Sacred Sites Remedies. They work as environmental
essence as well as flower essence. As well as being a power
point, Egypt is a perfect
location for making flower remedies. The strong sun of
Egypt is very contusive
for making strong remedies. The flower remedies were prepared from
flowers from a very special garden on an island in the Nile.
The garden emanated energy from a strong Isis power point. The Sacred Site Remedies
were made at two very powerful sites, Dendara Temple and the Sun
Temple, at
auspicious moments capturing both the energy of place and the
time.
Sacred
Dance is as
ancient as creation it’s self.
Dance is a very natural part of our lives. Music is created by tapping into the different
rhythms of the earth.
Instruments resonate with the different rhythms emitted from
the earth. Basically what we are doing, when we dance, is
connecting to the earth’s rhythm. All dance is like this to a
certain extent. What
makes sacred dance different is that we are connecting directly to
the earth. From a
healing perspective this makes all the difference in the world. We can channel healing
energy and discharging unhealthy energy through the
earth.
Sacred Living
is living with intention and awareness. A way to bring
profound experience into your daily life. This can be
attained through practices such as Sacred Dance, prayer, martial
arts, anything that takes you to a place of 'oneness'. It is
most usually experienced with a profound sense of joy. Whether
it is a 'spiritual practice' or a simple experience such as cooking
or washing the dishes it is done with passion and
joy.
Tarot is an ancient
tool. It represents the
wheel of life. As with most esoteric wisdom it was shrouded in a
playful way, as a card game, in order to preserve it during
unfavorable times. More
than being a tool for reading the future it can give us great
clarity on our present place on the wheel, how we got there and what
we need to do to keep it turning. Within
the Tarot exist all
the archetypes, by doing a reading we can assess
information as to which archetypes are active in the individual and
how they are working at that moment in time. It is an excellent tool for
self awareness.
